Below you will find various templates and other associated documents to cover a range of information exchanges or communication as recommended between liveries and the yard owner regarding various livery arrangements, horse and owner details, and yard procedures. These are available to download in PDF or Word, and many have advisory notes at the top explaining the use and any important information.

The Word versions can be edited as required, particular notice should be made to the highlighted entries in the places indicated. This allows them to be tailored to your exact requirements and situation.
