Whilst the Yard Owner Hub contains lots of Documentation and Resources for Yard Owners, it can be hard to work out exactly what you need. Below is our guide to the ‘must-haves’ for all yard owners, regardless of location or packages.

This is our recommendation for Best Practice, enabling yard owners to manage their clients in an effective, efficient, and practical manner. Below you will find the necessary information to get you off on the right start whether you are opening a new yard, or reviewing your existing procedures:

Links to all documents can be found on the points above, these documents can be edited and branded as required, particular notice should be made to the guidance notes and highlighted entries in the places indicated. This allows them to be tailored to your exact requirements and situation.

You can also find variations on the above documents on the relevant pages from the Yard Owner Hub Homepage

Aside from the client administration and documentation. It is highly recommended to carry out a concise evaluation of your costs to devise an accurate cost for your livery packages. This is something that is overlooked by many yard owners when setting up or carrying out an annual review.  This is how to ensure your business is as viable as can be.

There is a full calculation sheet is below, with the guide to calculating your running costs, overheads and labour shown underneath:
