Since the introduction of the updated Equine Identification (England) Regulations 2018, the responsibilities for yard owners have changed meaning the yard owner now has a responsibility to ensure all horses on the yard hold a passport, and that the passport is retained with the horse at all times. These documents are free to download and have been sourced from leading equestrian companies, charities and associations.
