Passporting and Equine Identification Laws

Below you will find various guidelines and other associated documents on the topic of Horse Passports. Since the introduction of the updated Equine Identification (England) Regulations 2018, the responsibilities for yard owners have changed meaning the yard owner now has a responsibility to ensure all horses on the yard hold a passport, and that the passport is retained with the horse at all times. These documents are free to download and have been sourced from leading equestrian companies, charities and associations.
