The Yard
* 48 stables split over 6 blocks
* Excellent facilities
* 3 outdoor riding arenas (2 floodlit): 60×30, 40×20, 39×19
* Coffee shop

* Own farrier, vet, therapist, instructor welcome
* All year turnout wherever possible (sorry no 24×7 or overnight that way we get to see the green stuff all year)
* Turnout paddocks approx 1-2 acres in size
* No individual turnout unfortunately
* Busy show venue so perfect for those who do not have transport but want to compete (BD, BS, Unaff, Clinics, Showing)
* Child friendly (providing they’re not ‘feral’)
* Local feed merchant (Brambledown) delivers weekly
* Full show jump course up for at least 1 week every month available to book
* Bi-annual visit from Saracen’s Feeds nutritionist with weighbridge
* Limited lorry/trailer parking (charged for) so parking spot is subject to space
* Access from 6am, last man out by 9pm
* All livery billed monthly in advance due on 1st of each calendar month by standing order
* Deposit required

* Newly opened veterinary practice just up the hill (The Equine Hospital, formerly The Veterinary Hospital at Newnham Court)
* Byways and bridleways all around
* Stones throw to TROT routes or local private hacking
* Hucking Estate ride and local pub (with tie up for horses) just up the hill
* Easy access to motorway system (M20 J8 is closest, but just off A249 so also not far from M2)
* Not on any bus routes as in rural location so you will need your own transport to get to and from
* Bearsted Village is nearest location
* Bearsted Train Station approx 5 mins away by car if no traffic
* Detling Village close by with local community convenience store including post office open 7 days a week (half day opening Wednesday)
