We are currently converting a modern farm building into DIY liveries, we have some completed stables ready and some already occupied. The stables all have piped water and concrete floors ,the turnout areas are separate and all have piped water. we are in the process of installing an outdoor school which will be flood lit, we also plan on having a covered school.
we are D.I.Y although we have a freelance groom and a freelance riding instructor.
