YP Equestrian is a family-run yard but is professional with high standards. The yard is run by international showjumper Yazmin Pinchen who has competed for Great Britain in championships and nation cup teams up to 5* level.

Beautiful facilities on a quiet yard and a fantastic opportunity for owners wanting to to further their career with riding with training and schooling available.

The yard offers a large floodlit outdoor arena with a watering system and a full set of show jumps. There is also a canter track for use and seasonal jumping paddock. Good access to on road and off road hacking.

The stables are generous, rubber matter with automatic waterers. Feed and haylage included in all packages + up to 2 bales of shavings per week. There is a wash down area, two solariums, a treadmill and a secure heated tack room.

The yard has 19 acres with turnout being individually or in groups in well-maintained paddocks with automatic waterers. Separate stallion paddocks are available.

The yard is alarmed and covered by CCTV. The yard is easily accessible being not far from London and Brighton.
