Small caring friendly yard with 24 hour supervision. We take a maximum of 6 horses which enables us to treat them all as we would our own. Modern brick built stables with rubber floor & wall matting. Feed room, tack room, rug room, storage space, wash down area and trailer parking. Lovely 20 x 40 all-weather rubber surface floodlit manege with superb views. Our own off road riding track. Lovely hacking a short ride away. Well maintained, free draining post/rail & electric fenced paddocks, cleaned daily and rotated seasonally. Horses are turned out overnight in summer and turned out all day in winter. All horses are checked last thing each evening when stabled. Targeted worming programme in place. Rug drier and hay steamer available for use. All horses are strangles tested before being moved onto the yard. References required. Sorry no children under 16 and no dogs.
