Delamere (Forest) Track Livery, Cheshire. Barefoot track livery based in the heart of Delamere Forest with Kelsall Hill less than 10min drive away.
Small mixed herd living out 24/7 all year round on a track system around several acres of mainly meadow paddocks. Access to large hardstanding yard area with field shelters and stable block. Approx 20 hay feeding stations with adlib meadow/timothy hay. We do not feed any rye hay.
The tracks are bordered with hawthorne, brambles, oak, silver birch, holly and ivy for selective foraging. All of which are beneficial to horses and support the forage diversity required in order to achieve and maintain a healthy gut function.
Large outdoor arena, secure site with electric gates and CCTV with owners on site. Direct access into Delamere Forest with hours of fabulous hacking.
Poo picking is shared on a rota basis. During the winter months and “safe” times, the horses have access to long meadow grass during the day time.
Please note that each enquiry will be asked for information on their horse, we can not accept horses that are unsociable or that haven’t previously been turned out with mares and geldings.
