We are a new livery yard in Hungerford at Soley farm Stud where we have brilliant facilities to offer as well as 5* care for your horses.

Your horses’ happiness is our number one priority

Whether you are a ‘happy hacker’ or competition rider, we offer 5-day or 7-day Full Livery, with or without exercise. We also offer box rest, backing, recuperation and retraining services.

We have a beautiful American barn with 12 large boxes with automatic water drinkers with a Large wash bay at the end with hot and cold water.

Our barn also includes a large, alarmed heated tack room with a tea room inside; perfect for when you want to warm up after riding around the beautiful off road hacking that we are surrounded by with over 11 miles and various different routes to choose from.

Our arena is a new 30m x 70m Martin Collins fibertrack Surface with many jumps to choose from, which backs on to an amazing cross country course and other arenas to hire which is great for a young horses’ education.

Our individual or paired Turnout paddocks are extremely well-draining allowing maximum turnout throughout the year and also a floodlit horse walker to keep horses fit.

There is also a choice of gallops to choose from which are just a short box journey down the road into Lambourn.

Our location is extremely convenient just minutes from junction 14 of the M4; makes it easy access to show centres etc .
