I’ve been at Downlands just under a year and I am so happy with everything. My ex-racehorse has completely chilled, is living out 24/7 in the Summer and never has 2 days the same due to the fantastic facilities and miles of hacking. The livery options are amazing - all booked through an app and being on part livery has given me complete peace of mind whilst working full time. All the liveries are looked after like they are Sophie’s own! Excellent communication to owners and a yard full of happy people, happy horses and plenty of fun and social too! 5* yard.

BEST yard I've been to. The facilities are absolutely perfect ! I have no excuses not to ride in winter! Fantastic instructors who come regularly who have done incredible work with my youngster. Then we go onto the the yard manager! She's incredible goes over and beyond to keep you and horse happy. My mare wouldn't settle on main Rank but she was patient and allowed me to move to inside barn. Which then was a different mare. Has been a gods send for me through the difficult months. Puts horse first no matter how busy or stressed she is.

Excellent friendly and supportive livery yard with all options from DIY to full or holiday. Fabulous facilities including extensive xc schooling, hacking routes, indoor and large, well lit outdoor arenas, stunning location. Happy horses and happy owners.

Lovely yard, my pony is very happy and chilled here. Plentiful grazing, but also options to restrict if needed if you have a greedy guts like mine, lovely school and a relaxed atmosphere. Would 100% recommend
