Bespoke retirement livery located on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall.
Rural quiet Private yard, with spectacular views and only a select few retired horses and ponies.
Our retired horses and ponies are turned out on permanent pasture bordered by mature hedgerows, providing natural shelter and relief from flies. All fields benefit from water troughs and high quality fencing.
We also carryout a thorough fieldwork programme to maintain high quality grazing pasture, correcting the fields after winter, limiting the weeds and ensuring good pasture growth.

Turn out is year round 24/7, the retired residents have single paddocks of 2 acres, or pairs and 3s in 3 acres, where they can see all the other residents and socialise or not! They will be rugged during the winter months if needed. We bring the horses and ponies in for any veterinary treatment, farrier, dentist and illness, where we make use of our large barn and individual stable. Which has a deep bed of home grown barley straw and haylage where they can convalesce if needed.

We take care of routine worming and foot trimming, by MTW Farrier. Biannual tetanus vaccination and dental check ups are carried out by our accredited vets and equine dentist.
